MEET YOUR HOST

Hey there, I'm Crystal! I've been working with postnatal clients since 2015. I used my Master's Degree in Exercise Science combined with my personal experience as a new mom to create my one of a kind Core Restore programs.


After the birth of my son in 2014, I started to get really serious and passionate about sharing health and fitness with others. Pregnancy and the postpartum period took a serious toll on my body image. I thought (naively) that afterward pregnancy I'd just "bounce back" to where I was pre-pregnancy. Needless to say, it didn't happen that way.


I learned that health and fitness are about much more than how we look on the outside. They're much more about mindset and how we feel on the inside. This led me to dig deep into my own struggles and insecurities with my body and mind. It ultimately inspired me to start Y2B Fit.
